INTERACTIVE SERVICES

Through our interactive services, we invite curiosity and self-reflection as we guide organizations, businesses, educational institutions, and others in developing the tools and frameworks that will equip them to determine actionable insights as we discover barriers and dreams together.

Our approach aims to build cultures of belonging, equity, and accessibility that ripple outwards to create broader

societal change. We bring expertise and the authenticity of lived experience. This combination allows us to deliver guidance that is both practical and deeply informed. Our perspective makes us uniquely positioned to not just be informative, but transformative.

CONSULTATIONS

Our consultations provide strategic support for organizations seeking

deeper transformation. While trainings introduce ideas and shared

language, consultations help you apply those principles directly

within your unique structure, culture, and goals.

We partner with teams to assess current practices, identify

barriers, and co-create sustainable approaches. This may

include reviewing policies, advising on program design,

supporting leadership teams, or helping organizations

navigate complex access needs and cross-neurotype

collaboration. Our approach is relational, practical, and

rooted in the understanding that meaningful change happens

through partnership rather than quick fixes.

WORKSHOPS & TRAININGS

We offer dynamic learning experiences that center lived experience, collective access, and real-world application. Topics often include disability justice foundations, cross-neurotype communication, creating access in workplaces and community spaces, neuroaffirming practices, and navigating ableism in systems and culture.

Each training is tailored to your team’s needs and designed to meet people where they are

while challenging us all to move toward deeper equity and interdependence.

ACCESSIBILITY AUDITS

The purpose of this Neuroinclusivity and Accessibility Audit is to

evaluate, enhance, and sustain environments, systems, and practices

that fully embrace the diverse needs and strengths of Autistic,

Neurodivergent and Disabled individuals. Rooted in principles of

equity, dignity, and radical care, this audit aims to identify

barriers to inclusion, assess access points, and develop

actionable strategies to  foster a culture of belonging for all.

Through this process, we seek to dismantle neuronormative

structures and ableist assumptions, replacing them with

practices that center lived experience, mutual respect, and

adaptability. By prioritizing intersectionality in this work, we

ensure that solutions are holistic and community-driven.

By meeting the access needs of all people, we create environments

that are not only more equitable but also more generative and

innovative. When authenticity is valued and welcomed, the

space itself  transforms into one of dynamic collaboration,

creativity, and shared growth.

BENEFITS OF ACCESSIBILITY AUDITS

IDENTIFY BARRIERS AND GAPS

The audit helps uncover hidden barriers that Neurodivergent and Disabled individuals face, whether physical, procedural, or cultural. By identifying these obstacles, organizations can take targeted actions to remove them and create genuinely inclusive spaces.

FOSTER AUTHENTIC ENGAGEMENT

Inclusive spaces empower individuals to bring their authentic selves, leading to more meaningful participation. This creates a culture where diverse perspectives are valued, strengthening trust, collaboration, and mutual respect.

DRIVE INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY

When everyone can contribute without barriers, the collective creativity of the group is amplified. Diverse ways of thinking and problem-solving enhance innovation, leading to more dynamic and effective outcomes. A visible commitment to neuroinclusivity and accessibility attracts a wider range of talent.

STRENGTHEN COMMUNITY AND BELONGING

An audit demonstrates a commitment to equity and care, fostering a sense of belonging for all members. When everyone feels seen and valued, the space becomes a hub of connection, support, and shared purpose. This also leads to higher job satisfaction and retention.

PROMOTE SUSTAINABILITY AND GROWTH

By addressing and implementing accessibility and neuroinclusivity principles, organizations set a foundation for long-term success. Accessible and inclusive environments are adaptable and resilient, better able to respond to evolving needs and challenges.
