In addition, you’ll be joining a network of like-minded organizations and community members who share in your values and the desire for a society where all individuals have access to care, independence & dignity.
Below you’ll find CANDOR’s sponsorship tiers, and what those tiers entail.
Tier I $350
Your support at this tier includes recognition of your organization on CANDOR’s website and social media.
Tier II $500
Tier 1 recognition, plus your logo on all general marketing materials related to the sponsorship area of your choice.
Tier III $1000
Tier 1 and II recognition, plus your company named as the exclusive sponsor of one event related to the sponsorship area of your choice.
Education Sponsorship
Lasting change begins with learning. Education is one of CANDOR's primary strategies for systems change, it shifts how communities, schools, workplaces, and institutions understand disability while creating opportunities for Disabled people to teach, create, and lead.
Sponsorship of our Education initiatives supports community workshops, professional trainings, accessibility audits, youth programs, educational resources, and opportunities for Disabled educators, artists, and advocates to share their expertise. Your investment helps us expand access to Disability Justice education while ensuring that Disabled knowledge and lived experience are recognized and compensated as professional expertise.
Food Justice Sponsorship
Sponsorship of CANDOR's Food Justice initiatives helps sustain an interconnected network of programs that increase access to nutritious, culturally relevant food while strengthening our local food system. Your support provides fresh produce and pantry staples, expands community food programs, strengthens sustainable farming and distribution infrastructure, and creates employment opportunities for Disabled people across our food ecosystem.
Through the West End Free Market and CANDOR Farm, we are building systems rooted in dignity, collective care, environmental responsibility, and community leadership. Together, we are demonstrating that food justice is not simply about feeding people today, it is about creating resilient systems that ensure everyone has access to the food, resources, and support they need to thrive.
Economic Justice Sponsorship
Economic justice is about more than creating jobs, it is about creating workplaces where Disabled people can build sustainable careers, grow as leaders, and be compensated for the expertise they bring.
Many organizations unintentionally reproduce economic inequity by expecting Disabled employees to adapt to systems designed for non-disabled workers. The result is high turnover, burnout, underemployment, and lost leadership. CANDOR intentionally invests in different systems. Our staff are not expected to leave their disabilities at the door. Instead, we build structures that recognize fluctuating capacity, collective care, and interdependence as strengths. These investments reduce turnover, preserve institutional knowledge, increase leadership opportunities for Disabled professionals, and create long-term economic stability for people who have historically been excluded from traditional workplaces.
Sponsorship of CANDOR's Economic Justice initiatives helps us invest in the systems that make long-term employment possible for Disabled staff. Your support funds professional development, leadership opportunities, accessibility supports, mental health and wellbeing initiatives, adaptive equipment, and partnerships with Disabled consultants, artists, educators, and advocates whose lived expertise strengthens every aspect of our work.
